Korda Web Site Credits
This site was designed, implemented, and written by Davydd Cook.
All of the content featured on this site — including all text, images and photographs — belongs to us and you can't have it unless you ask us and we say yes.
All of the underlying XHTML and CSS code is freely viewable, and unconditional permission to reuse ideas and concepts found therein is granted by the author. However, if you re-use this site's design, look, feel, and colour scheme with your content, you might tick him off.
A Note About the Site
This site is fully compliant with the applicable W3C Standards [XHTML 1.0, CSS-2]. Older browsers may be incapable of rendering some of the markup used on this site; however, care has been taken to ensure graceful degradation of appearance, and that content is available regardless of browser.
Hopefully, when you're visiting this site, you'll see something like this:
If you don't see something like that, it could be that your browser doesn't understand the presentational code, and is just giving you the bare bones basics. If you're happy with that, so am I. If you're not, you could always try one of the following fine free products:
- Firefox, or the Mozilla suite from the Mozilla Foundation
- Microsoft's latest Internet Explorer
- Netscape's latest Navigator
- The Opera browser from Opera Software
- Camino for MacOS
- Konqueror for Linux/KDE
There are others, I'm sure, but those are the popular ones. With luck, everyone will be happy, or at least satisfied. However, should you encounter any problems with rendering or access to content, please report them to the site maintainer.
A Final Note: the printed representation of pages on this site may vary from the on-screen version; this is deliberate and intended to conserve paper and ink. It's also further proof of the usefulness of standards.
